For which age groups are courses for teens offered?

We offer courses for children and teenagers from 12 to 17 years. As of 16 years, participants can register for adult courses. Individual and small group courses for teenagers (and younger children) can be booked at any time.

How many participants will there be in the course?

In teen's courses there are up to 13 participants.

Do I need to buy a textbook?

For teen group courses, you will need to purchase a textbook. You will receive the necessary information about the textbook from the language course office before the course starts.

What are the technical requirements?

Mac, PC or laptop; tablet or iPad with external keyboard (smartphones and other small devices are not adequate) Headset with microphone Stable internet connection, WIFI with sufficient bandwidth, especially for the virtual meetings

At what age can teens register in adult courses?

From the age of 16, young individuals can also register in adult courses. If you prefer to learn only with participants of your own age, we recommend the youth courses.

We utilize age-appropriate, book-based materials to teach reading, writing, listening and speaking in German, but our focus extends beyond the basics by making authentic connections to the children's real life. We emphasize conversation and incorporate interactive activities, such as singing, to enhance the learning experience.
